TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Maxxer Biotech Research Research Partner Program (“Program”). By submitting an application or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By submitting an application to the Maxxer Biotech Research Research Partner Program, you accept these Terms in full. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide valid contact and payment information, and operate within the laws of your jurisdiction. Maxxer Biotech Research reserves the right to refuse any application at its sole discretion.

Enrollment is by application only. Every application is manually reviewed by our team. Approval typically takes 1-3 business days. We may reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient audience relevance, prior policy violations, or incomplete information. Approval is not guaranteed, and we may revoke approval at any time if Program terms are breached.

Approved partners earn a base commission of 10% on every qualifying sale referred through their unique tracking link. Top performers may scale to 15% or 20% at the sole discretion of Maxxer Biotech Research, based on consistent referral volume and program compliance. Commissions apply only to Maxxer Biotech Research products sold directly through this site. Commissions do not apply to taxes, shipping, third-party items, gift cards, or any other non-product line items.

Our tracking system uses a 30-day cookie window. Commissions are credited on a last-click attribution basis: the most recent partner referral link the customer clicked before purchase receives credit. Cross-device tracking is not guaranteed. Partners are responsible for ensuring their tracking links are correctly formatted and active.

Payouts are processed monthly, within the first week of each month, for the prior month’s verified commissions. A $50 minimum balance is required to trigger a payout. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next cycle. Available payout methods are PayPal and bank transfer; you select your preferred method during registration. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned, and for providing accurate tax reporting information when required.

The following promotional practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Program termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Making health claims or implying that any product is intended for human use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.
• Misleading medical, therapeutic, or pharmaceutical claims about any Maxxer Biotech Research product.
• Self-referrals, including purchases made through your own tracking link or accounts you control.
• Incentivized signups, cashback offers, or rebates that compensate the end customer for purchasing through your link.
• Offensive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content placed alongside your tracking links.
• Unsolicited email or messaging campaigns (spam) of any form.
• Bidding on or purchasing paid advertising using the “Maxxer” or “Maxxer Biotech” brand terms or close variants in any search engine, social platform, or marketplace.

If an order tied to your referral is refunded, the corresponding commission is automatically reversed and your partner balance adjusted accordingly. Refund-driven adjustments may result in a negative balance, which will be offset against future commissions. Maxxer Biotech Research is not obligated to backfill commissions on refunded orders.

Your unique tracking link, dashboard credentials, and any non-public Program data are confidential to you and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or resold. Sharing your tracking link with another party in a way that materially shifts attribution may result in commission forfeiture and Program termination.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email is sufficient). Upon termination, your tracking link is disabled. Commissions earned through valid referrals up to the termination date will be honored, subject to the $50 minimum payout threshold and standard refund-handling rules. Maxxer Biotech Research reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts found in violation of Section 06 (Prohibited Promotion) and to forfeit any unpaid balance in such cases.

Maxxer Biotech Research reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the partner dashboard or via email to the address on file. Continued participation in the Program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / Jurisdiction TBD], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your participation in the Program will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located within that jurisdiction.
