What are research peptides, and how are they used? +
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids synthesized for use in scientific and laboratory research. They are used by researchers to study biological mechanisms and cellular processes in laboratory settings. All products sold by Maxxer Biotech Research are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only — not for human or animal consumption.
Who can order from Maxxer Biotech Research? +
Our products are available to researchers, laboratories, and research institutions (purchasers must be 21 or older) who acknowledge that all purchases are strictly for research purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand our products are not for human consumption and are intended solely for scientific research.
Are your products legal to purchase in the United States? +
Yes. All products sold by Maxxer Biotech Research are legally sold in the United States for research and laboratory use only. They are not approved by the FDA for human consumption, clinical use, or veterinary use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations before purchasing.
Do I need an account to place an order? +
Yes. An account is required to complete a purchase on Maxxer Biotech Research. Creating an account takes less than a minute and allows you to track orders, access order history, receive shipping updates, and get notifications when out-of-stock products are restocked.
Quality & Testing
Are your compounds tested for purity? +
Yes. Every batch produced by Maxxer Biotech Research undergoes rigorous third-party laboratory testing. We test for identity, purity, and potency before any product is made available for sale.
What purity level can I expect? +
All Maxxer Biotech Research products are held to a minimum purity standard of ≥99% as verified by HPLC analysis. We believe that research quality begins with compound quality, and we will not compromise on that standard.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)? +
Yes. COAs are available directly on each product page under the LAB / COA tab. You can view and zoom in on the COA document to verify test results. A full COA library is also available via the navigation menu. We believe in full transparency — every batch we sell has documentation to back it.
Who performs your third-party testing? +
All testing is conducted by independent, accredited third-party laboratories with no affiliation to Maxxer Biotech Research. This ensures our COA results are objective and unbiased. Testing methods include HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for purity analysis and mass spectrometry for identity verification.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping policies? +
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and most arrive 2–5 business days after shipping. Orders of $300 or more ship free; smaller orders are charged shipping at checkout. We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico only.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, Maxxer Biotech Research ships within the United States and Puerto Rico only. We are actively exploring international shipping options. If you are an international researcher, please contact us at support@maxxerbiotechlabs.com and we will notify you when international shipping becomes available.
How is the product packaged? +
All lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are shipped in sealed, labeled vials with tamper-evident packaging. Orders are packaged discreetly in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate insulation to maintain integrity during transit.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.
Products
What form are the compounds supplied in? +
Most of our peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, which provides maximum stability and shelf life. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for shipping and are typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use in a research setting.
Do you include bacteriostatic water (BAC Water)? +
Free bacteriostatic water is included with all orders of $200 or more. BAC water is available as a standalone purchase for smaller orders. Reconstitution Solution is a laboratory supply sold for in-vitro research use only.
How should I store the compounds? +
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping them at -20°C (freezer). Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerated) and used within the timeframe recommended for each specific compound. Always refer to the product specifications tab for storage guidance.
Are there minimum order quantities? +
No. There are no minimum order quantities. You can purchase as few as one vial per product. We do offer volume pricing — multi-vial orders receive automatic discounts of 5%, 10%, or 15% depending on quantity, applied automatically at checkout.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept? +
The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure, compliant payment gateway. We do not store card information on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Please contact us immediately at support@maxxerbiotechlabs.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled; see our refund policy.
Do you offer refunds or returns? +
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are generally considered final once an order is fulfilled and shipped. Refunds or replacements are considered in cases of product defects, incorrect items shipped, or confirmed delivery failures. Please contact support@maxxerbiotechlabs.com within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
Is my order and personal information kept private? +
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding. Your personal and payment information is handled securely and never sold or shared with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is managed.
