All products offered by Maxxer Biotech Research are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are NOT for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or diagnostic purposes.

These compounds are supplied exclusively to qualified professionals, institutions, and laboratories engaged in scientific research. By purchasing from Maxxer Biotech Research, you certify that:

• You are a qualified researcher or represent a qualified research institution
• You will use the products only for legitimate research purposes
• You will not use the products for human consumption or any medical purpose
• You have the proper equipment, facilities, and personnel for handling these compounds
• You understand and accept the risks associated with handling these products

Maxxer Biotech Research is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Maxxer Biotech Research is not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

All compounds are sold individually and do not include research supplies such as bacteriostatic water, syringes, or other accessories unless otherwise specified. Most products are provided in lyophilized (powder) form and require proper reconstitution with a suitable diluent before use in research settings.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Maxxer Biotech Research. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped. An account is required to place an order – guest checkout is not available.

We ship to addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico only; we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, and most arrive 2–5 business days after shipping. Orders of $300 or more ship free. All packages ship discreetly with tracking. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced or refunded, and purity claims supported by an independent laboratory test within 14 days of delivery are refunded. Maxxer Biotech Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the products or services provided. The customer acknowledges that there are risks in the handling, use, and distribution of these products, and certifies that it has the proper equipment, facilities, and personnel for managing those risks.

This website is operated by MAXXERBIOTECH LLC (dba MAXXER Biotech Research), a Puerto Rico limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Puerto Rico, including the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
