REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Maxxer Biotech Research, the integrity, safety, and purity of our products are our top priorities. As all of our compounds are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including ordering errors, change of mind, or misuse. This policy helps us maintain quality control and ensures that all customers receive products that meet our rigorous standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maxxerbiotechlabs.com. Please include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your case and determine eligibility for a replacement.

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:

• The order was never delivered due to an error on our part
• A replacement is not possible and the issue was reported within the required timeframe

We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, used, or returned without prior authorization.

All shipping-related issues must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery or attempted delivery date. For claims, the following documentation is required:

• A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
• Clear photos of the external packaging
• Clear photos of the contents of the package
• Clear photos of the packing slip included inside the package
• The tracking number
• A brief written description of the issue

If a claim is reviewed and verified as a Maxxer Biotech Research fulfillment or shipping error, the affected items will be reshipped at no additional cost. No cash refunds will be issued.

Maxxer Biotech Research stands behind the purity and identity of every research compound we ship. Every product is third-party tested before release. If, after independent verification by an approved laboratory, a product you received is found to be either (a) the wrong compound, or (b) below 97% purity by HPLC, you may request a full refund under the terms below.

Eligibility

• Claim must be filed within 14 days of delivery (per carrier tracking).
• Independent testing must be performed by one of our approved third-party laboratories: Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostics.
• Customer is responsible for the cost of independent testing.
• The product must have been stored and handled per the product label and our shipping COA.

Required Documentation

• Order number and original purchase email.
• Full HPLC report from Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostics, including chain of custody.
• Photo of the unopened/sealed vial alongside the lab report (where possible).

Process

• Email all documentation to support@maxxerbiotechlabs.com within the 14-day window.
• Our team will review the claim and respond within 5 business days.
• If the claim is verified, a full refund (product price only; original shipping not included) will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Limitations

• One claim per order. Bulk-purchase orders are evaluated per vial/unit, but the refund applies only to the verified vial(s).
• Lab reports from non-approved labs are not accepted.
• All other sales remain final per our standard policy.
